Welcome to the Two Counties Trust Conference 2026

This year’s event will take place in person, bringing delegates together for a day of learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

All delegates are required to select their conference sessions in advance. Before booking, please speak with your line manager to agree which sessions will provide the greatest benefit to your role and development. Once you’ve identified your priorities, explore the conference options below and choose the pathway that best reflects your job role and responsibilities.

Please note that bookings closes at the end of the day on Monday 23rd February. This year all colleagues are expected to attend the conference in business attire/your usual attire for a standard working day.

Curriculum Conference

With a separate event for each subject area this conference is tailored towards teachers.

CASPS Conference

This conference is tailored towards colleagues whose role focuses on Culture, Attendance, Safeguarding, inclusion and/or Priority Students (CASPS). This includes, but is not limited to, Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, AWOs, DSLs, DSOs, Pastoral Support, Heads of Year, and so on.

Business & Operations Conference

This conference is tailored towards but is not limited to, Technicians, Site Staff, Data Teams, Librarians, Office Staff, Finance, Health and Safety, Human Resources, and so on.

Senior Leadership Conference

This conference is tailored towards all members of SLT within our schools.
