Attend the school you usually work from on a Friday. The conference will be online, from your usual school base. You will receive an email nearer to the day of the conference informing you which rooms your sessions will be held in.

Central staff should sign in and out at the Central Office but the remainder of the time will be based at Ashfield School.

If you are not able to arrive at school during the arrival time of 0800-0830 for any reason, please inform your school following your normal procedures.

Please wear your school lanyard and bring with you a notepad, and pen.

We would also appreciate if you could bring a reusable cup with a lid (if you have one) so we can limit wastage on throw-away cups for tea, coffee, and water.

Yes. Refreshments will be provided on arrival, during the break and at lunchtime. Lunch is also being provided.

Please make us aware of any dietary requirements/allergies on the session booking form.

Some sessions on the day are common sessions, which means everyone will attend these.

Other sessions (sessions 2, 3 and 4) are sessions of choice, which means you can attend any session in those session times. Please select the sessions that most align to your area of work. We advise staff to have a discussion with your line manager.

Once you have chosen all sessions you would like to attend on the day, click on the ‘Book your sessions’ button on the relevant page. Booking opens on 12.03.25 and closes on 19.03.25.

You will receive an email nearer the date of the Trust Conference containing your session selection and room details.

TPLA Team will send you the Microsoft Teams link to join the session in advance of the conference. You can choose to present at your normal workstation, or ask your Trust Conference Champion to book you a room – we would recommend somewhere quiet where you won’t be disturbed!
